General conditions of Villa Sofia

On the day of arrival your apartment will be at your disposal from 3 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave it by 9 am. If you should arrive after 8 pm, please inform us by phone. Late check out on the day of departure is only possible after consultation with the reception.

Within 7 days from the written booking, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total price. In case of cash payment, the remaining amount will be settled at check-in.

We accept payments in cash up to €4.999,00, debit card and credit card (except American Express and Diners Club).
We would like to inform you that as of 01.01.2018 in all accommodations in South Tyrol a municipal tourist tax will be charged, amounting to (valid for our category) €2.10 per person and per day. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from this tax. The tourist tax is not included in the advertised prices.

We kindly ask you to inform us in writing in case of cancellation of your stay.
Cancellations made within 4 weeks of arrival will be charged 30% of the total cost of the package booked and within 2 weeks of arrival will be charged 100%. Cancellation terms apply whether or not the apartment in question has been sublet in whole or in part.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are not charged cancellation fees if you are unable to start or have to interrupt your trip due to illness or other legitimate reasons.

We ask you to consider that all apartments are non-smoking areas
However, you are free to take a cigarette break on your balcony or terrace.
Pets are only allowed on request and at an extra charge.
